Chemical Engineer from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, he has a Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the Institute of Science and Technology of the University of Manchester. He also has a MBA from the Sao Paulo Business School.
He began his career as an analyst engineer at the National Bank of Economic and Social Development of Brazil. He was responsible for technical functions For 15 years and since 1992 he has dedicated himself to managerial functions in several companies in the chemical sector.
In 2002, he joined the Braskem team where he serves as director in several departments.
Currently, he is Director of Institutional Relations, Development of New Businesses and External Communication of Braskem Idesa, a company created by the association of Braskem (Brazil) and IDESA (Mexico) to implement a petrochemical Comaplex in Nanchital, Veracruz.
Mechanical Engineer graduated from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. He has a MBA from the Getulio Vargas Foundation of Brazil.
Lepecki has 30 years of experience in the petrochemical business. He has ventured into activities in the areas of Engineering, Planning, Finance and Information Technology.
He was responsible for the implementation of the Braskem Idesa Petrochemical Complex from its inception in 2010 until the start of operations in 2016.
Currently, he is the General Director of Braskem Idesa, a company that operates the largest petrochemical complex in Mexico, located in the southeast of Veracruz.
